MBR City including all the neighbourhoods area of construction has partially been developed and handed over while many others are yet to be delivered on the coming years up to 2025-2026. Today, the community offers high-rise and mid-rise apartments, luxurious villas and townhouses for rent and sale, alike. Located amidst Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311), Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) and Al Khail Road (E44), the community is well-connected. Those with school going children will find that the area features two international educational institutions; Hartland International School and North London Collegiate School.
Made famous thanks to the presence of the Meydan Hotel and Meydan Horse Racecourse in the vicinity, MBR City will also be an interesting community for animal lovers, with both an equestrian and falcon centre in the area.
