Marina-Projekt

Marina project is a residential development located at the mouth of the Dubai Harbour, outside of the Marina, on the seashore. It is considered a prime location due to its proximity to the Dubai Eye, Palm Jumeirah, and the Arabian Sea, as well as its easy access from the Shaikh Zayed Road. The project’s design is inspired by the winds and the sea, and features ultra-contemporary style, with curving facades that reflect the elegant lines of luxury yachts. The apartments are spacious and feature high-end finishes such as pre-engineered timber, marble and solid surface countertops, and double-glazed floor to ceiling glass walls. The building also offers a range of amenities such as a leisure pool, health club with sauna and steam, yoga and meditation zone, outdoor cinema, and various recreational areas for families and children. The first tower of the  Marina project is one of the tallest buildings in the Harbour, and features a range of one, two, and three bedroom apartments.
